Ted Lasso

Melissa said she never thought she would write about a TV show in her bio, but Ted Lasso exemplifies HR and leadership, and she couldn’t pass it up. It is important that HR leaders embrace organizational change, though it rarely comes easy. It is important that HR professionals help embrace the discomfort and show empathy along the way. Let’s all find our inner Ted Lasso and understand that the ride will be difficult, but we must remain relentless and compassionate.
