Diana is passionate about helping organizations and individuals become successful in achieving their goals. She is a firm believer that we all have a path and a purpose that includes thriving, not just surviving. This mindset is the catalyst of her enthusiasm and energy behind her interactions with others as she works with them to identify solutions to achieve desired outcomes.

Expertise

Diana is a human resources leader with over 30 years of progressive HR experience. Diana’s passion for HR has allowed her to lead HR teams, set strategic HR vision, and deliver HR outcomes for organizations in both the public and private sectors throughout her career. She is a firm believer in the importance of having a strong company culture and has served on the executive leadership team for organizations during the most recent 18 years of her career. Diana has held HR partnership and leadership positions in the financial services, insurance, manufacturing, airline, public utilities, IT, specialty pharmacy and HR consulting industries. Before becoming the executive director of the MRA Ohio Division, Diana most recently served members as the director of HR Consulting Services and EOS Integrator for ERA, where she managed the HR On-demand, Affirmative Action, and Employee Engagement lines of business. She is now responsible for the oversight of the entire Ohio market in addition to managing the Ohio HR Business Partners.

Education

Diana earned a master’s degree in human resources and a bachelor’s degree in marketing, both from the University of Cincinnati in Ohio.

Professional and Community Activities

Diana is a member of the West Chester-Liberty Chamber Alliance and serves on their Women in Excellence Committee. She also serves on the board of the Workforce Council of Southwest Ohio and is a member of the Society of HR Management (SHRM) and the Greater Cincinnati HR Association (GCHRA). Diana is a former Executive Advisory Board member of the Greater Cincinnati Association of Training & Development (ATD). Diana enjoys mentoring up-and-coming HR professionals as she shares her knowledge and passion for HR and most recently provided mentorship while serving as an adjunct professor at the University of Cincinnati’s nationally ranked Lindner College of Business.
