- Sponsored and oversaw committee charged with creating and implementing the company’s employee recognition and referral bonus programs.
- Redesigned and updated hourly warehouse employee job descriptions, performance evaluations, and compensation model, leading to a more simplified and consistent program across organization.
- Gained certification as a Development Dimensions International (DDI) Leadership Development Facilitator and Clifton Strengths Finders Coach.
