Presenter: This Webinar will be hosted by Cheryl Lucas-DeBerry, Training Manager for MRA. Cheryl’s background includes more than 18 years of facilitating, designing, and developing training programs (in human resources, leadership, customer service, and diversity), as well as managing training department operations. She also operated her own training consultancy, specializing in effective communications techniques and leadership skills.

Cheryl holds an M.S. in adult education from Carroll College and a B.S. in human resource management from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. She is past president of the American Society for Training and Development - Wisconsin Chapter and a member of the Leaders Forum. Cheryl also serves on the boards of several nonprofit organizations.
