Susan Fronk

Susan is the President and CEO of MRA-The Management Association. Founded in 1901, MRA is the largest employers' association in the Midwest serving over 2300 employers throughout Wisconsin, Illinois, and Iowa.
MRA meets today's human resource challenges through its information and research hotline, resource center, exclusive member publications and surveys, and special projects. With 150 professionals ready to serve its membership, MRA has a unique vantage point to view the best practices and business approaches to effectively address many common concerns.
Susan joined MRA in 1984 after managing employee and labor relations, employment, EEO, and affirmative action for a 2200-employee division of American Hospital Supply Corporation. Over the past twenty years, Susan rose through the MRA ranks in a variety of human resource and management positions that prepared her for the transition to President and CEO. Susan holds a B.S. degree in business administration and an MBA.
Susan currently serves as the President of the Friends of the Milwaukee Public Museum board of directors and sits on the executive committee of the Employers Association Group, the national organization for the employers association industry. She is a member of the board of directors and executive committee for Junior Achievement of Wisconsin and also serves the organization as chairperson of both the HR and General Business committees, and participates on the Strategic Planning Committee. A sought-after speaker, Susan is known within the business and not-for-profit community for her vision and leadership.
Susan resides in Oconomowoc, WI with her husband and three children on Saddlebrook Farm where they raise and train Appaloosa horses.
