Malou Roth has spent her human resources career divided between the corporate and consulting worlds. Currently she is a consultant concentrating on global human resources initiatives, executive and management training, training to enhance consulting and customer service skills, human resources program development, talent management and employee development. Her clients include McDonald’s Corporation, Runzheimer International, Graebel Inc, A.C. Nielsen, Manifest Digital, Northern Illinois University, Management Association of Illinois and the Employee Relocation Council.
Malou served as Vice President - Human Resources- International for Molex Incorporated, a $2.4 billion high tech company with over 17,000 employees in 21 countries worldwide. She established HR functions in many countries, developed a consistent HR philosophy with implementation tailored to the local countries, created a comprehensive expatriate program, developed global communication programs and introduced management and supervisory training on a global basis.
In 1999 Molex was awarded the Optimas Award for Global HR by Workforce magazine. In 2000 Malou was named one of the top 50 global HR leaders by HRGlobal magazine.
Prior to Molex, Malou was a partner in Boyle Kirkman Associates, a human resources consulting firm working with Fortune 100 corporations to help develop effective HR policies and programs.
Malou is a very active volunteer with Wellness House, a cancer care organization and Green Street Project, a non profit organization devoted to bridging the economic divide in disadvantaged neighborhoods in Chicago.
