Molly Schissler, SPHR, GPHR
Manager, Human Resources and HR Training Programs
Molly Schissler holds the position of Manager, Human Resources and HR Training Programs, and has over 17 years of experience in all facets of human resource management.
In addition to assisting employers with finding solutions to their human resources issues, Molly leads the development of programs for, and trains in the areas of, human resources, benefits, and compensation.
Molly has held human resources management positions for high technology and manufacturing organizations, including corporate human resources for a Fortune 500 manufacturing solutions organization. Molly is experienced in organizational development, strategic human resource planning, compensation and benefits management and administration, performance management, recruitment, and training. Her experience includes both union and nonunion environments.
Molly earned her bachelor of business administration in industrial relations with a minor in organizational communication from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. She achieved certification from HRCI as Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) in 1999, and as Global Professional in HR (GPHR) in 2006. She also continues coursework toward completion of the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation.
