PHR/SPHR Program

Note: The exam is conducted by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), not MRA. You must apply directly to HRCI to be approved for the exam. There is an exam fee. PHR/SPHR testing is conducted May – June and December - January. See www.hrci.org for more information.

Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) Program

This course provides a wealth of information on international human resource issues, regardless of whether or not you plan to take the certification exam.

MRA's intensive three-day preparation course for the GPHR exam is a highly interactive program that focuses on five functional areas:

  • Global Compensation and Benefits
  • Organizational Effectiveness and Talent Development
  • Workforce Relations and Risk Management

Note: The testing window for the GPHR exam is May 1 – 31 and December 1 – 31.
