Webinars are a great way to build awareness. They offer timely information from experts and the convenience of viewing them from your office with your colleagues (all for one low access fee). ALSO, with the Recorded Webinar Library you don't have to worry if you didn't catch the live broadcast of a Webinar. You can play it back when it works for you. All Webinars are $95 Members/$125 Nonmembers unless otherwise noted.

Under the Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA), all organizations are responsible for verifying an employee's eligibility to work in the U.S. by using a Form I-9. This focused briefing discusses the current status of the federal regulations, reviews the essence of the employer's obligations as enforcers of IRCA, and offers tips on avoiding prohibited discrimination practices. It is much more complex than simply filling out a form. Many employers don't get it right, resulting in potentially costly violations.
