Reminder: USERRA Poster Updated, Post by 1/18/2006 and Final USERRA Rules

Members only can access this poster on MRA's Members Only Home Page/Current Topics along with the final USERRA rules. The rules spell out how employers must bring returning service members back to the pay and benefits levels they would have had if military service had not intervened. The Department of Labor's Veterans Employment and Training Services Department has written these rules in an easy-to-read Q&A format. MRA originally notified members about the required poster and the proposed regulations in the December 2004 Inside Line.
