In her diverse position at MRA, Jenny serves multiple roles that include managing the talented Human Resource Partner team, serving as the organization's Recruitment Manager and providing executive support to MRA's President/CEO for all Board of Directors and Executive Committee meetings. Jenny has been at MRA over 20 years and these varied responsibilities give her the opportunity to connect with MRA members, employees, outside directors and job candidates in representing and communicating MRA's core values and member-centric mission. Prior to MRA she held employment-related positions in retail management, financial services, and healthcare industries.

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from St. Norbert College.
